If you click on Button "Analysis" in main dialog, this dialog will be opened and you can configure the working cycles.

Display of the Measurements

The measurement data of the active channels will be displayed.

The upper display each show the data for one vibration channel group. an.

Display of the vibration channels

Combobox 'representation of the vibration channels'

Select if you want to display the raw data (unweighted acceleration signals) or the moving RMS for 1 s (see below).

Checkbox 'Show only sum signal'

If you have selected the mean RMS, you can also select if you want to display all vibration channels of one group separately or if you want to display the sum of the channels.

If the mean RMS the display of the first second may be inexact, because there is less than 1 second for calculation. Depending on the wave shape of the signal the result may differ from the expected shape.

Display of the additional channels

You can select if you want to display the mean RMS for 1 s or the raw values.

Please note:

- During evaluation of the Trigger the signal is used as displayed (raw data or mean RMS)

- The results for the additional channels will be calculated with the raw data or with the mean RMS, depending on your selection.

Working cycles

A working cycle is a time span, during which the signal can be marked and evaluated.

This is useful for long measurements with different operating states (power up, idle state, working operation, power down).

For each measurement up to 6 working cycles can be defined. During start of the analysis-dialog (Click of button 'Analysis' in main dialog) one working cycle will be defined which contains the whole measurement. For better identification each working cycle can be named.

For each working cycle the RMS of the weighted acceleration will be displayed (red marks in picture above). For the evaluation of the trigger conditions are taken into account. If the trigger conditions shall be changed, please click on button 'Trigger', and the trigger conditions will be displayed an can be changed.

Combobox 'No of working cycles'

Please select the desired number if working cycles. In the display the working cycles are marked by cursors and by colors. The colors can be defined in the setup-dialog.

You can define start and end of a working cycles by changing the cursors with the mouse (left mouse click on the cursor, hold mouse and move). The working cycles cannot overlap.

You can save start and end of the working cycles for each measurement by clicking the buttons 'Save' are 'Save and close'.

All graphic displays contain a zoom mode. Click with the left mouse button on the start of the desired zoom span and move the mouse while holding the mouse button to the right. The zoom-window will be displayed. If you leave the left mouse button the marked span will be displayed zoomed.

You can cancel the zoom by clicking into the zoomed display and move the mouse to the right while holding the mouse button. If you leave the mouse button the whole measurement will be displayed.

A double click on a display opens a new window which will show the display enhanced.

For the vibration channel groups the display selected in the working cycle dialog will be displayed (unweighted acceleration signals / mean RMS for 1 s / single view / sum view.

The mean RMS of the display are not weighted .

In this dialog you can see the single values by moving the cursor in the display.

Result Dialog

The detailed results for each working cycle are shown if you click on button 'Show Results' and select 'ISO8041' or 'Non-stationarity' or 'Spectral analysis'.
